Tucson Theological Seminary
Since 2009, as part of its Masters in Theology program I have been providing the text for a course on “Jesus Himself” at Tucson Theological Seminary (TTS), which is situated at the campus of the University of Arizona. The course takes a sideways look at Jesus the person, in a way we don’t often take the time to do. What kind of person was he? And what does that tell us about God?
Tucson Theological Seminary provides theological education and training in ways which do not require students to leave their jobs or home-life to attend. It is a seminary for the “every-man/every-woman”, one that does not require a previous college degree, but is for the “fishermen” that Jesus called to disciple. It aims to get students into the mission field quickly, with ordination credentials.
Tucson Theological Seminary is part of the campus of the University of Arizona but makes all its classes available to students in other places through Skype. Check out the college website at www.tucsonseminary.com or www.christiancourseworks.com
